[Feature/enhancement][Theme]Neo-valism

I think I've finished working on a theme for Gnusocial, called "Neo-Valism" based on Neo-Quitter.It features a dark and blue color scheme some might find familiar. Maybe give it a look and share your thoughts? Thanks.

    Looks nice and clean. Reminds me a bit of "Night Mode" in the Twitter app.

    Thanks. The name is meant to be a slightly obfuscated clue as to the color inspiration. Something handle on tap, if you catch my meaning.
