Allow setting filters on user feeds
This would serve the purpose (for example) to only receive posts in a specific set of languages or exclude posts for a specific topic.
Lack of this feature is forcing me to block core gnu-social hackers to avoid being flooded by Norwegian / Deutsch talk :)
