Yesterday I posted this as an issue on Qvitter's Github, and was directed here.
If I type #cat. in a post (ie: put a hashtag at the end of a sentence), clicking the hashtag in the resulting post leads to a search for #cat. rather than #cat (leading to this URL: https://quitter.se/tag/cat. )
