Results of GNU social-Twitter-Bridge-Test (10./11. February 2016) & improvement suggestions
I have tested what GNU social-Twitter-Bridge can transfer to Twitter, and what not. Additionally I've evaluated all user cases. Here are the results: https://postimg.org/image/u5rl5rre5/
Improvement suggestion: Currently (10./11. February 2016) all user cases marked with 'deal breaker' are not working as desired. Please make them work so that Twitter-Bridge practically works for all user cases and not just test-only-postings & deletion of text-only-postings. If it worked, users had no need to manually post on their GNU social account and additionally Twitter account, in order to provide the one's listening to them with their content, which probably also will contain pictures & autorun animated gif pictures. So, posting on GNU social is enough for providing both peer groups with one's content, not only the GNU social peer group, but also the Twitter peer group. Consequently transition to GNU social gets more comfortable and smoth and not so hard. Comfort & smoothness is crucial for sustainable behaviour change, so, if it was more comfortable & smooth, then it would be more successful to convince people to leave Twitter and turn to GNU social.
