Reply to non-indexed Queets on other instances
Let's assume these "steps-to-reproduce" the user does:
- The user finds a Queet on another instance than on on the one he/she is registered on.
- Now the user wants to reply to this Queet.
This sounds like a very trivial thing as you just want to reply to a Qveet, but the decentralized infrastructure of GNU Social makes it much more complicated. So as the Qveet does not appear in the search of the users instance, it does not seem to be indexed. And this prevents the user from replying to the queet.
I would suggest a similar interface as the UI to follow a "foreign" (= on another instance) user - possibly just with few clicks if that's possible.
It should be possible to reply to such "non-indexed" Queets.
