The GUIDE.md file had become a bulky misc file. The BEGINNERS.md file
had both redundancy with other files and had value for non-beginners in
      talking about our code specifically.

Now, README now longer has build instructions, that's in BUILD.md

README includes new information about getting in touch.

BEGINNERS is renamed to CONTRIBUTING and still is accessible to
beginners but includes more of the details about all the areas needed to
get set up, contribute, figure things out, understand our development
      values, etc.

new files added for TEXTEDITORS (which includes more info now and
references Atom, which is probably the most newbie-friendly FLO option
today) and for DATABASE-MANAGEMENT (which is basically the unchanged
stuff from GUIDE that was appendixes and such).

Among all sorts of different priorities, the goal is to have mostly only
one place for any particular bit of information, so only one place to
need to find it or update it.

      SETUP* -> GUIDE, less redundant GUIDE/README · 2d5b68a7

At this point, various system details remain incomplete, the
organization isn't perfect, some of this should probably be moved to the
Wiki, but this is an improvement.

The main outstanding issue is updating the Vagrant stuff to use Stack so
that everything uses Stack consistently. I didn't touch that.

Also, the Nix stuff in the GUIDE appendix probably should be cleaned up.
Will we have people use Stack even with Nix / NixOS? None of that is
      clear to me…

Always ensure apps are up to date for tests · 4c654b0b
      Bryan Richter authored
Using Cabal, there is no way to specify that the tests depend on the
executables built in the Snowdrift package. Thus, `stack build` must be run
to ensure they are up to date.

update guides/readme for better vagrant etc. · c5796e0e

I moved the install git stuff back to BEGINNERS, but I ended up leaving
the git command in the Debian build since it doesn't hurt.

I simplified the Vagrant instructions, changed to yesod devel as the
main way to run the site after initial install, so I added the
`cabal install --enable-tests -fdev` part back to the commands,
      following the sdm init.

I added links in various files to the other files.
